随班学习的智障儿童具有特殊性,既给教育带来一定的难度,又给教育者带来困惑。但智障儿童也享有接受应有教育的权利。在二者矛盾的情况下,作者以“关爱每一个、微笑每一个”为宗旨;以“小步子,不停留,在循序渐进中成长”为目标;采取直观开启,促进认知;多元评价,转变行为;巩固强化,促进发展等方法,促进本校随班学习的智障儿童快乐成长。
The mentally retarded children who study in regular classes have particularity, which brings some difficulty to education and confusion for educators. But mentally handicapped children also have the right to education.
