采用粉末体结构模型描述铁屑轧制过程中的变形行为,利用体积可压缩有限元模型及MARC软件对不锈钢包覆铁屑复合坯轧制过程进行三维有限元模拟,并与铁屑采用致密体材料模型的模拟结果及实验结果进行对比。结果表明,铁屑采用粉末体结构模型的模拟结果与实验结果更接近,为不锈钢/铁屑复合轧制提供了参考。
The deformation behavior of iron filings during rolling process was described by powder structure model. The three-dimensional finite element simulation of the rolling process of stainless steel coated iron filings was performed by using the volume compressible finite element model and MARC software. Material model simulation results and experimental results were compared. The results show that the simulation results of the iron scrap structure using the powder body model are closer to the experimental results and provide a reference for the stainless steel / iron scrap composite rolling.
