随着社会经济的发展,各个行业对人才的需求不断地增加,中职院校为社会培养众多的技术性人才,为推动中国经济增长做出了重大贡献。二十一世纪,企业之间的竞争不断激化,各个企业之间的竞争说到底就是人才的竞争,因此,为了增强企业的实力,就必须引入更多的优秀人才,为企业的发展做好人才储备。中国加入世界贸易组织以来,成为和世界紧密联系的整体,中国市场经济体制也由计划经济体制改革转变为市场经济,社会对人才的需求法随之发生转变,这就要求中职学校也要紧随时代步伐,改变以往的人才培养模式,提高学生的学习积极性。本文就如何培养中职学生的学习积极性进行研究,并提出一些合理化建议,为社会培养更多的复合型优秀人才。
With the socio-economic development, the demand for talents in various industries has been constantly increasing. Vocational colleges have trained numerous technical talents for the society and made significant contributions to the promotion of China’s economic growth. In the 21st century, the competition between enterprises has been intensified. The competition among various enterprises is, after all, the competition of talents. Therefore, in order to enhance the strength of an enterprise, more talents must be brought in to make the talents better for the development of the enterprise reserve. Since China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, it has become an entity closely linked with the rest of the world. China’s market economy system has also been transformed from a planned economy system reform into a market economy. Social demand for talent has subsequently changed. With the pace of the times, to change the previous model of personnel training to improve student learning enthusiasm. This paper studies how to cultivate the learning enthusiasm of secondary vocational students, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions to cultivate more compound talents for the society.
