近年来,我国经济发展稳定,人们的生活水平也在不断提高,对于工作和居住环境也提出了新的要求。现代建筑中,建筑装饰工程越来越受到重视。建筑工程项目主体结构完成后,就要进行建筑装饰施工,其中不仅包括墙面抹灰、刷浆,也包括玻璃的安装和天花板吊顶施工等。建筑装饰工程比较复杂,有很多的分子项目工程,而且涉及到多个专业领域,因此工程造价成本控制有很大的难度,在施工中也经常会遇到工程变更的情况,这对于建筑装饰工程造价成本控制的影响很大,进而也会影响建筑工程整体的造价成本控制。文章通过建筑装饰工程造价成本控制存在问题的介绍,提出了几点改善措施,仅供参考。
