目的 观察微波体外净化自体造血干细胞移植治疗急性白血病的长期疗效。方法 自体骨髓 3 5例 ,自体骨髓和自体外周血干细胞联合移植 7例 ,自体外周血干细胞移植 3 4例。移植前采用微波体外净化自体骨髓和自体外周血干细胞。结果 76例病人造血均获造血重建 ,随访 5年 ,5年生存率 3 7 1% ,其中急性髓细胞性白血病 5年生存率40 1% ,急性淋巴细胞白血病 5年生存率 3 3 3 %。结论 自体造血干细胞移植对急性白血病的治疗是有效的。
Objective To observe the long-term efficacy of microwave in vitro purification of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of acute leukemia. Methods 35 cases of autologous bone marrow, autologous bone marrow and autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in 7 cases, autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in 34 cases. Before transplantation, the autologous bone marrow and autologous peripheral blood stem cells were purified by microwave in vitro. Results 76 cases of hematopoietic hematopoietic reconstructive hematopoiesis were followed up for 5 years. The 5-year survival rate was 371%. The 5-year survival rate of acute myeloid leukemia was 40.1% and the 5-year survival rate of acute lymphoblastic leukemia was 33.3%. Conclusion Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is effective in the treatment of acute leukemia.
