湖北省民政厅组织学习考察组赴山东省济宁市和泰安市参观学习了两地慈善超市建设布局、运营模式、服务功能、保障机制等情况。山东两地的“整合资源、社会力量参与、市场化运营模式”来自于对群众需求的把握、来自于对市场规则的尊重,政府则顺时应势建立起相关保障机制,从平台、资源、服务等方面统一给予支持和引导,湖北考察组所得的启示是:政府重视是慈善超市创新发展的基础;整合资源是慈善超市创新发展的关键;市场推动是慈善超市创新发展的动力,相信对全国各地建立完善慈善超市运营机制不无启示。
