粘液瘤病毒(MV)有免疫抑制的特性,为了确定它能否作为载体将抗原递呈给欧洲家兔,作者构建了表达流感病毒血凝素(HA)的重组MV株(Ur/HA)。 两只家兔皮内接种500空斑形成单位(pfu)的Ur/HA,另外两只接种5 pfu。这4只家兔仅在接种部位有轻微损害,而没有粘液瘤病的临床症状。在接种后20~34天,这些家兔均产生了抗HA抗体,抗体滴度达51200~102400。可见,接种剂量对抗体滴度没有影响。家兔的抗MV抗体滴度与抗HA抗体滴度是平行的。接种较大剂量病毒的家兔抗MA抗体出现较早,接种后34天抗体
Myxoma virus (MV) has immunosuppressive properties. To determine whether it can be used as a vector to present antigens to European rabbits, the authors constructed a recombinant MV strain (Ur / HA) expressing the influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA). Two rabbits were inoculated with 500 plaque forming units (pfu) of Ur / HA intradermally and the other two were vaccinated with 5 pfu. These four rabbits only had minor lesions at the site of vaccination, without the clinical symptoms of myxoma. 20 to 34 days after inoculation, these rabbits all produced anti-HA antibody with antibody titers of 51200 to 102400.
