识字是阅读的基础,《小学语文教学大纲》规定整个小学阶段学生的识字总量约为3500个,而低年级要求认识常用汉字1800个,学会1200个,且识字教学要体现汉字的特征。教师应根据学生的思维特征,通过各种教学途径,让学生喜欢学习汉字,有主动识字的愿望,对枯燥的汉字产生浓厚兴趣。
Literacy is the basis of reading. The Primary Chinese Teaching Syllabus stipulates that the total number of students in primary school will be about 3,500, while the lower grades require that 1,800 commonly used Chinese characters be read and 1,200 characters be learned. Literacy teaching should reflect the characteristics of Chinese characters. Teachers should, based on the students’ thinking characteristics and through various teaching methods, should make students like to learn Chinese characters, have the desire to take the initiative to read Chinese characters, and have a strong interest in boring Chinese characters.
