基于微合金化原理,通过对四种化学成分配比进行研究,确定了微合金元素Nb、V、Cr和Ni优化配比的新型微合金钢设计方案,所制得的合金钢其强度、韧性和伸长率各项指标值均能达到铁路车辆制动梁用钢的标准要求。采用热轧工艺或控轧控冷工艺,均可获得金相组织为铁素体+珠光体+贝氏体的合金钢。控轧控冷工艺制得的合金钢晶粒更加细化,钢强度相对更高。采用正火加回火的热处理工艺,可获得组织更加均匀、晶粒更加细化和韧性更高的合金钢。
