目的评估磁共振MRA(3D TOF MRA)对椎基底动脉系统及脑动脉主要分支检查的价值。方法回顾性分析2007-01-2009-08 47例患者MRA资料。结果左侧椎动脉狭窄4例,右侧椎动脉狭窄7例,双侧椎动脉狭窄1例,左侧椎动脉走行异常1例,大脑中动脉动脉瘤2例。结论磁共振MRA技术无创伤、准确率高,在椎动脉及脑动脉主要分支血管检查中有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To assess the value of magnetic resonance MRA (3D TOF MRA) in the detection of major branches of vertebrobasilar artery and cerebral arteries. Methods The MRA data of 47 patients from 2007-01-2009-08 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Left vertebral artery stenosis in 4 cases, right vertebral artery stenosis in 7 cases, bilateral vertebral artery stenosis in 1 case, left anomalous vertebral artery in 1 case, cerebral artery aneurysm in 2 cases. Conclusion Magnetic resonance MRA has the advantages of no trauma and high accuracy. It has high clinical value in the examination of the main branches of vertebral artery and cerebral artery.
