针对持久机加热炉这个双输入-双输出系统,用差分方程对其系统进行描述;用伪随机码激发系统,通过相关分析方法求出系统的脉冲响应,用最小二乘法拟合差分方程,估计出方程中的系数矩阵,并且建立了状态方程;用动态规则方法设计最佳反馈控制;根据卡尔曼滤波理论设计滤波器,对状态进行滤波和预报,同时给出了该实时控温系统的硬件结构图.在线运行结果表明,该系统升温过程快,控温精度高.
For the dual-input-dual output system of the persistence furnace, the differential equation is used to describe the system.
