本文针对高职学生技术应用能力和创新能力不足,高职教师“双师”素质与教科研能力薄弱,校企合作育人过程中人才、技术、装备等资源分散、低效的问题,以常州轻工职业技术学院和江苏常发实业集团有限公司校企合作的具体实践为例,通过校企协同共建集“教学、实训、技术服务”于一体的数字化设计与制造高技能人才培养平台,以培养学生数字化设计与制造技术应用能力和创新能力为目标,以典型数控机床的零件加工和典型机电产品的数字化设计为主线,以精品课程建设为重点,以专业教学团队建设为抓手,重点开展课程建设、教学资源库建设、教材建设、实训基地建设与师资队伍建设,将高职院校的专业优势、人才优势与企业的装备优势、技术优势相结合,探索出了数字化设计与制造“双证融通”的高职人才培养新模式,切实提高了高技能人才的培养质量。
