在全球经济以及现代科技的发展过程中,人们的生活模式与质量得到很大改善,现阶段人们的生活逐渐呈现分享经济模式,主要通过各种闲置的资源整合与调配,有效实现了整体社会资源的优化管理,逐渐解放了人们对于劳动力的各种需求,进而有效满足了各行各业不同的发展需求。但是这种经济模式的兴趣与发展也给现阶段的人力资源管理带来巨大挑战,基于此,本文对分享经济模式下人力资源管理的挑战与对策进行了分析。
In the course of the global economy and the development of modern science and technology, people’s life style and quality have been greatly improved. At this stage, people’s life gradually presents the mode of sharing economy, which has effectively realized the overall social resources through various idle resource integration and deployment The optimization of management has gradually liberated people’s various needs for the workforce and effectively met the diverse development needs of all walks of life. However, the interest and development of this economic model also pose great challenges to human resources management at this stage. Based on this, this paper analyzes the challenges and countermeasures of human resource management under the shared economic model.
