氧气转炉在炼钢过程中产生出大量高温浓尘烟气,经测定其中含CO60%左右,并有许多金属氧化物微粒。上钢一厂、三厂和三明钢厂先后对转炉烟气进行了综合利用。据统计每生产一吨钢即可回收转炉煤气*~60M~3和FeO粉尘10kg。同时,在烟气冷却降温过程中利用余热产生90kg蒸汽。实践证明,转炉煤气的综合利用是节约能源,降低炼钢成本的重要途径。烟气处理系统的工艺流程大致如下:
