Selenium plays an important role in both human and animal life. There are two ways of existence in nature, namely, inorganic selenium and plant active selenium, while organic selenium ([1]), which exerts a biological activity in animals. Compared with inorganic selenium, organic selenium is more easily absorbed by animals.
