采用RT-PCR方法,研究了促性腺激素受体(FSHR和LHR)基因在雄性半滑舌鳎繁殖周期中的季节表达规律。结果表明,FSHR mRNA在雄鱼精巢、脑和脾中及LHR mRNA在雄鱼的精巢和脾中均呈季节规律性变化。3月份样品中,FSHR mRNA在精巢表达量最低,12月份,表达量最高;FSHR mRNA在脑中表达模式与精巢相反,3月份表达量最高,12月份达到最低值;FSHR mRNA在脾中表达模式和精巢相同。在6月份精巢样品中,LHR mRNA表达量最低,12月表达量最高;在脾中,LHRmRNA在3月份表达量最低,12月份表达量最高。在精巢中,FSHR mRNA和LHR mRNA都是在排精时表达量达到最大值,说明这两种受体在雄性半滑舌鳎排精时发挥重要作用。
The seasonal expression patterns of gonadotropin receptor (FSHR and LHR) genes during the reproductive cycle of male soleus falcata were studied by RT-PCR. The results showed that FSHR mRNA showed seasonal changes in testis, brain and spleen and LHR mRNA in male testis and spleen of male. The expression of FSHR mRNA in the brain was opposite to that of the testis, the expression of FSHR mRNA was highest in March and reached the lowest value in December. In the testis, both FSHR mRNA and LHR mRNA reached the maximum at the time of ejaculation, indicating that both of these receptors play an important role in the male soleus.
