在现代社会中,企业领导工作的实现是一个艰 巨、复杂的过程,必须依靠企业领导群体的整体功能 才能完成。因此,我们不仅要懂得领导的原则、类型、 体制、方法及领导者必须具备的素质和能力等内容, 同时必须掌握企业领导群体结构的优化问题。 企业领导群体结构是指企业内由担负一定领导 职能的各个成员在一定的条件下组成的集合体,通过 各个要素的配合和联系,以显示其整体的性质和功 能。 任何一个领导者不可能集所有的优秀素质于一 身,但一个结构优化了的领导群体所形成的整体功 能,一定大大优于领导群体各个成员个人素质之和的 功能。
In modern society, the realization of corporate leadership is a difficult and complicated process. It must rely on the overall functions of the corporate leadership to complete it. At the same time, we must also grasp the optimization of the structure of corporate leadership groups.
