对柴油机轴系扭振的研究,以往是先建立扭振当量系统,然后进行自由振动与强制振动计算。本文提出的模态分析方法通过对轴系施加激励力矩并进行传递函数测量,直接识别扭振系统的自振频率、振型与阻尼。可用于研究曲轴变惯量以及水力测功器附水对扭振的影响。通过对实际柴油机轴系的扭振模态分析与运转时实测的扭振结果相比较,证实模态分析是柴油机轴系扭振研究中的一种新的有效方法。
The torsional vibration of diesel engine shaft system, the first is to establish torsional vibration equivalent system, and then free vibration and forced vibration calculation. The modal analysis method proposed in this paper can directly identify the natural frequency, mode shape and damping of the torsional vibration system by applying excitation torque and measuring the transfer function. Can be used to study the crankshaft variable inertia and hydro-dynamometer attached to the impact of torsional vibration. By comparing torsional vibration mode of actual diesel engine shaft with torsional vibration results measured during operation, modal analysis is proved to be a new and effective method in torsional vibration research of diesel engine shaft.
