感冒灵片为中西药复方制剂,处方中含扑热息痛、扑尔敏、咖啡因及4种中草药制成的浸膏,收载于广东省药品标准(1987年版)。扑热息痛的含量测定方法,为水解后,用亚硝酸钠滴定由于片中成分较复杂,中药浸膏的干扰使结果偏高,且滴定终点不明显,操作麻烦、费时。笔者用导数分光光度法测定了扑热息痛的含量,探讨其可行性,现报道如下。
Cold tablets for the Chinese and Western medicine compound preparations, prescriptions containing paracetamol, chlorpheniramine, caffeine and four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extract, contained in the Guangdong Provincial Drug Standards (1987 Edition). Paracetamol content determination method, after hydrolysis, titration with sodium nitrite due to the more complex ingredients in the film, the interference of traditional Chinese medicine make the result is high, and titration end point is not obvious, the operation cumbersome and time-consuming. The author used the derivative spectrophotometry determination of paracetamol content, to explore its feasibility, are reported below.
