采用德国SCHENCK公司生产的全路面模拟试验台及其控制装置为试验仪器,对德国CXP1032起重机油气悬挂使用的2.5L蓄能器进行试验,得出其内部气体状态的变化规律,分析了2.5L气囊式蓄能器在32t起重机实际工况下的蓄能和释放过程,表明蓄能器的初始充气压力和体积将直接影响车辆油气悬挂的刚度特性。
