本文介绍十六位单片机80C196KC控制的鼠笼异步电动机火炮瞄准随动系统的设计与分析。系统中逆变器主电路采用绝缘栅极晶体管IGBT模块;速度调节、矢量运算由十六位单片机完成;电流调节器沿用模拟电路构成。文中给出了有关电路及参数确定原则与方法。样机采用11KW,3000转/分普通异步电动机,在双37舰炮模拟实验台上进行了运行实验。结果表明:设计合理,无论是协调、等速跟踪、正弦跟踪以及低速性能等方面均有良好特性。可以配炮使用,具有广阔应用前景。
This article describes the design and analysis of the 16-bit single-chip microcomputer 80C196KC controlled squirrel-cage asynchronous motor aiming servo system. In the system, the main circuit of the inverter adopts the insulated gate transistor IGBT module; the speed regulation and vector operation are completed by 16-bit singlechip; the current regulator is formed by the analog circuit. The paper gives the principle and method of determining the circuit and parameters. The prototype uses 11KW, 3000 rev / min common asynchronous motor, run experiments on double 37 naval gun simulation experiment platform. The results show that: the design is reasonable, no matter it is coordinated, constant speed tracking, sinusoidal tracking and low speed performance all have good characteristics. Can be used with the gun, has broad application prospects.
