针对后桥箱体铸件夹砂问题,讨论了铸件上大平面产生夹砂的原因。在受力分析的基础上,分析砂型表面层弯曲断裂的过程,指出,垂直压应力是造成砂型表面层早期弯曲的根源,进而提出了在砂型大平面处设置应力释放槽预防夹砂缺陷的措施,并且进行了生产验证。研究表明,应力释放槽不仅减小水平热压应力,而且减小垂直热压应力造成的弯曲挠度。窄而深的应力释放槽具有更好的预防夹砂的效果。
Aiming at the problem of sand casting in the rear axle box castings, the reason of sand production on the large plane of castings is discussed. On the basis of stress analysis, the process of bending fracture of sand surface layer is analyzed. It is pointed out that vertical compressive stress is the root cause of early bending of sand surface layer, and then the measures to prevent the sand inclusion defect by setting stress relief groove in the large sand plane , And conducted production verification. Research shows that the stress relief groove not only reduces the horizontal hot compressive stress, but also reduces the bending deflection caused by the vertical hot compressive stress. Narrow and deep stress relief groove with better sand prevention effect.
