目的探讨计算机体层摄影血管造影(CTA)和核磁共振血管成像(MRA)对诊断脑动脉瘤的临床价值。方法对60例经数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查确诊或手术证实为脑动脉瘤患者的CTA、MRA检查资料进行回顾性对比分析,其中32例患者做CTA检查,28例做MRA检查。结果 60例经DSA或手术确诊的动脉瘤均能被CTA或MRA检查发现,运用多种方法重建后的CTA、MRA可以显示脑动脉瘤的大小、部位、形态、瘤颈结构及载瘤动脉的关系,并且与DSA或手术证实结果高度吻合。结论 CTA和MRA可作为脑动脉瘤诊断、治疗方案的首选检查手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of computed tomography angiography (CTA) and magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms. Methods The data of CTA and MRA confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) or confirmed by surgery in patients with cerebral aneurysm were retrospectively analyzed. CTA was performed in 32 patients and MRA was performed in 28 patients. Results All 60 aneurysms diagnosed by DSA or surgery were found by CTA or MRA. The CTA and MRA showed that the size, location, morphology, tumor neck structure and the artery of the aneurysm Relationship, and is highly consistent with DSA or surgery confirmed results. Conclusion CTA and MRA can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral aneurysm.
