治疗室是进行无菌操作的场所,其空气的洁净度与院内感染有着密切联系。在院内感染的控制中治疗室的空气消毒一直占有重要的地位。紫外线辐射消毒空气在国内外被广泛应用,国外尤其把它作为预防结核分枝菌空气传播的措施。目前,国内大部分医院也用紫外线消毒治疗室空气,但对消毒后是否需要开窗通风尚无统一规定,本文于2005年5—10月,对我结核科两个治疗室消毒后通风与不通风两种状态的空气细菌状况进行监测,研究通风对紫外线消毒后治疗室空气质量的影响。
