Space and graphics are one of the four major areas of mathematics. For its teaching, the new curriculum standard repeatedly emphasizes the importance of developing students’ space concepts. The concept of space is extremely abstract for students. How to develop students’ space concept in a flexible way in teaching so as to embody the abstract space becomes a problem of great concern to us.
