加入WTO后,俄罗斯市场准入门槛降低、投资环境得到改善。中俄能源合作面临新机遇。临近年底,世界贸易组织(WTO)工作组在日内瓦举行的最后一次会议上,一致通过俄罗斯加入WTO提出的一揽子承诺。至此,这个横跨欧亚的巨人,终于跑完了整整18年的“入世马拉松”。按照规程,在今年12月中旬举行的WTO部长级会议上,最终批准俄罗斯的成员国身份,并将在2012年夏天正式成为世界贸易组织成员。
After joining the WTO, the threshold for market access in Russia has been reduced and the investment environment has been improved. Sino-Russian energy cooperation is facing new opportunities. Towards the end of the year, at its last meeting in Geneva, the World Trade Organization’s working group unanimously adopted the package of commitments made by Russia’s accession to the WTO. So far, this giant across Europe and Asia, finally ran a full 18 years “accession to the marathon ”. According to the rules, at the WTO ministerial meeting held in mid-December this year, Russia will eventually ratify the membership of Russia and will formally become a member of the World Trade Organization in the summer of 2012.
