本文提出了一个用高灵敏度、高选择性试剂 DMTAE 测定废水中微量钒的方法.钒(V)与 DMTA 正反应形成兰色可溶性络合物,其最大吸收波长为620nm.在 PH3.8—4.5范围内,选用钒(V)∶DMTAE 的摩尔比1∶10至1∶2的不同溶液,测得的最大吸收波长固定不变,这说明仅形成了一种络合物.用连续变化法、等克分子比法和斜率比法测得钒(V)∶DMTAE=1∶1.在本法选定的条件下,可允许200μg 铁,50μg 锌、汞和铅,300μg 镉,40μg 铋,500μg 钼,100μg 铝存在.铜和钴干扰严重.用本法测定食盐和废水中微量钒,结果满意.
In this paper, a method for the determination of trace vanadium in wastewater by DMTAE with high sensitivity and selectivity is proposed. The vanadium (V) reacts positively with DMTA to form a blue soluble complex with a maximum absorption wavelength of 620 nm.
