目的 :探讨甲氯芬酯对缺血性脑血管病的疗效及脑循环动力学参数的动态变化。方法 :将 2 0 0 3年上半年本院收治的缺血性脑血管病患者 71例随机分成两组 ,均给予控制血压、活血化瘀、脑保护等常规治疗 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用甲氯芬酯口服 ,观察治疗前后神经功能缺失改变及脑循环动力学参数的改变。结果 :根据神经功能缺失改变 ,治疗组有效率 97.8% ,明显高于对照组有效率 76.0 % (P <0 .0 5 )。脑循环动力学检测的各项指标治疗组治疗前后比较 ,P均 <0 .0 1 ,对照组治疗前后比较最小血流速度和最小血流量P <0 .0 1 ;治疗后两组之间脑循环动力学参数比较 ,P均 <0 .0 5。结论 :在常规治疗基础上加用甲氯芬酯能促进脑功能恢复和脑循环的改善 ,提高治愈率 ,减少致残率 ,提高患者生活质量
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of meclofenamate on ischemic cerebrovascular disease and the dynamic changes of cerebral circulation kinetic parameters. Methods: Seventy-one patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital in the first half of 2003 were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given conventional therapy such as controlling blood pressure, activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and cerebral protection. On the basis of routine treatment Plus meclofenoxine orally, observed changes in neurological deficits and changes in brain circulation kinetic parameters before and after treatment. Results: According to the change of neurological deficit, the effective rate of the treatment group was 97.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.0%, P <0.05). The indexes of cerebral circulation kinetics in the treatment group before and after treatment were compared, P <0.01, the control group before and after treatment compared the minimum blood flow and the minimum blood flow P <0. 01; after treatment between the two groups of brain Cyclic kinetic parameters were compared, P <0.05. Conclusion: The addition of meclofenate on the basis of routine treatment can promote the recovery of brain function and cerebral circulation, improve the cure rate, reduce the morbidity and improve the quality of life of patients
