第一条 为了加强国家重点建设项目的治安保卫工作,保障国家重点建设项目的顺利进行,根据(中华人民共和国人民警察法》等有关法律、法规,制定本规定。 第二条 本规定所称国家重点建设项目,是指由国务院计划主管部门确定的,对国民经济和社会发展全局有重大影响的建设项目。
Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations (People’s Police Law of the People’s Republic of China) and other relevant laws and regulations in order to strengthen the public order and security work of key state construction projects and safeguard the smooth progress of key state construction projects. Key construction projects refer to those construction projects that have a significant impact on the overall national economy and social development as determined by the planning department under the State Council.
