[目的]研究永瓣藤不同基质、插条部位和光照对扦插繁殖的影响,以便更好地进行永瓣藤的迁地保存。[方法]采用不同插条部位、不同基质对永瓣藤进行扦插繁殖,并进行不同光照试验。[结果]永瓣藤扦插生根率较高,是适合永瓣藤繁殖的有效手段;含有机质、保水性好、透气性好的基质适合永瓣藤的扦插繁殖;全光照或郁闭的环境抑制永瓣藤的营养生长,散射光条件下永瓣藤营养生长较好,永瓣藤生殖生长需要一定的光照,过于郁闭的环境不利于永瓣藤的生殖生长。[结论]该研究有利于对永瓣藤的种质资源进行保存、保护,加大种群数量,为永瓣藤的保护和利用提供科学依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different substrates, cuttings and light on the cutting propagation of Monochamus alternatus, in order to better carry on ex-situ conservation of Monochamus alternatus. [Method] Cuttings of Prunella vulgaris were cut with different substrates and different substrates, and different light experiments were conducted. [Result] The results showed that the rooting rate of M. pruinosa cuttings was high, which was an effective method for the propagation of Prunella polygoni cv. Vulgaris. The substrate with good organic matter, good water retention and good air permeability was suitable for cuttage propagation of Prunella vulgaris. Prunus virescens vegetative growth, Scattering light conditions Monochamotia better vegetative growth, Monochamus alternatus reproduction needs some light, too close environment is not conducive to Prunus mongolica reproductive growth. [Conclusion] The study was beneficial to preserve, protect and increase the population of Prunus mongolica germplasm resources and provide a scientific basis for the protection and utilization of Prunus vivax.
