我们针对钾盐镀锌镀液成本高,添加剂和酸的消耗较快等缺点,对钠盐镀锌基础溶液进行研究,研制出用组合型缓冲剂取代硼酸,和市场出售的微酸性镀锌添加剂组成钠盐镀锌液。经小槽考核后投入3000升大槽生产,嗣后又应用于滚镀槽镀锌,均取得良好的效果。1.钠盐镀锌液的组成及作用 1)滚镀锌配方和操作条件氯化钠 181~220克/升氯化锌 50~70克/升组合型缓冲剂 20~50克/升添加剂 14~18毫升/升 pH 5~6.2 温度 5~50℃电流密度 0.5~2安/分米~2 时间 30~45分
