建筑行业在现阶段的发展中,虽然经济效益有所增长,但是在建筑质量上出现了一定的问题。部分地区的建筑质量不仅没有达到基本的指标,同时在趋势上呈现出极大的下滑。在日后的工作当中,必须加强建筑质量监督,通过一系列的手段,将原有的诟病彻底解决。另一方面,在监督的时候,必须结合建筑本身来进行,不同的地区对建筑的诉求存在差异,如果仅仅按照高度统一的监督手段来工作,势必引起不必要的麻烦,同时会影响建筑施工的质量和进度。
In the development of the present stage of the construction industry, although the economic benefits have increased, some problems have appeared in the construction quality.
