在海淀区花园路地区,街道工会不仅为丰富辖区职工的文化生活,举办各种文体活动,还经常向辖区内的企业宣传用工政策,向职工宣传维护自身权益的方法和途径,帮助企业和职工树立正确的法律意识。《劳动合同法》的颁布实施,标志着我国的劳动合同制度纳入了依法规范、依法调整的法制轨道,同时,也为街道工会依法维权提供了难得的机遇,使工会组织成为了辖区内企业和职工名副其实的“娘家人”。
