观察实验组(腹腔注射米非司酮)和对照组(腹腔注射蒸馏水)小鼠动情周期的变化。结果表明:对照组注水前后小鼠动情周期无明显变化(4.9/5.1d,P>0.05);实验组小鼠给药后动情周期明显延长(5.3/11.2d,P<0.01)。给药后小鼠的动情间期、前期及动情期(1.5/1.7、1.3/1.4、1.3/1.5d)变化不大,但动情后期明显延长(1.2/6.6d)。据此推测RU486可能不影响排卵,但对排卵后黄体的形成、功能维持及退化有一定影响。
The changes of estrous cycle in experimental group (intraperitoneal injection of mifepristone) and control group (intraperitoneal injection of distilled water) were observed. The results showed that there was no significant change in the estrous cycle in the control group before and after water injection (4.9 / 5.1d, P> 0.05). The estrous cycle in the experimental group was significantly prolonged (5.3 / 11.2d, P <0.01). Mice after estrus, pre-estrus and estrus (1.5 / 1.7, 1.3 / 1.4, 1.3 / 1.5d) did not change much, but the late estrus significantly prolonged (1 .2 / 6.6d). This suggests that RU486 may not affect ovulation, but has some influence on the formation, maintenance and degeneration of corpus luteum after ovulation.
