本文叙述了对轮子或履带试验的两种基本方法——控制牵引力法和控制滑转率法。在对已有的滑转率控制机构分析的基础上,为满足水田中试验的需要,提出在成批生产的拖拉机上加装滑转率控制机构的新方案,论述了这种方案的原理,说明了它的优点。介绍了按这种方案改装的试验用履带底盘。示出用该底盘在水田中试验结果的一组数据,画出被试履带行走装置在试验地中的牵引特性曲线。最后根据上述问题的理论分析和试验结果提出相应的结论。
This article describes two basic methods for wheel or caterpillar tests - the control traction method and the control slip rate method. Based on the analysis of the existing slip ratio control mechanism, in order to meet the needs of the mid-field trials, a new plan for installing the slip rate control mechanism on the tractors produced in batches was proposed, and the principle of this program was discussed. Explain its advantages. The test track chassis modified according to this scheme was introduced. A set of data showing the results of the test in the paddy field using the chassis is shown, and the traction characteristics of the crawler running device in the test site are drawn. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and experimental results of the above problems, corresponding conclusions are put forward.
