民营经济的实质是在共产党的领导下人民群众自己创造财富的经济形态。由市场而非权力配置资源、形成多元化市场竞争主体,这是30年来中国社会主义市场经济体制改革的目标之一,也是今日中国经济繁荣的原因之一。不过,近一段时期,由行政权力配置资源、依靠行政权力“以大并小”等等非市场化手段不断出现,怎么看待这些现象?我们采访了中国民私营经济研究会会长保育钧。
The essence of private economy is the economic formation of wealth created by the masses of the people themselves under the leadership of the Communist Party. It is one of the goals of the reform of China’s socialist market economic system in the past 30 years that one of the reasons why China’s economy prospers today is to allocate resources by market instead of power to form the main body of market competition in diversification. However, in recent period, the allocation of resources by the executive power, relying on administrative power “big and small ” and so on non-market means continue to appear, how to treat these phenomena? We interviewed the China Private Economic Research Association Paul Yu Jun .
