在职业病危害因素检测与评价、职业病防护设施设计审查、职业健康监护和职业病诊断、鉴定的实际工作中,仍存在对职业卫生标准理解错误、运用不当的问题。通过实际案例,对涉及卫生防护距离、总体布局、职业接触限值、其他粉尘和其他致尘肺病的无机粉尘、职业禁忌证及职业病等方面出现的有关标准运用问题进行了讨论,提出相关专业人员务必要准确理解标准,正确运用标准,确保各方的合理利益。
In the practical work of the detection and evaluation of occupational hazards, the design review of occupational disease protection facilities, the occupational health guardianship and the diagnosis and appraisal of occupational diseases, there still exist problems of misunderstanding occupational health standards and improper application. Through practical cases, the issues related to standard application in aspects of health protection distance, overall layout, occupational exposure limits, other dust and other inorganic dust caused by pneumoconiosis, occupational contraindications and occupational diseases were discussed.
