农业部于2012年启动新型职业农民培育工程,目前已构建起“三类协同、三位一体、三级贯通”的新型职业农民培育制度体系,并把新型职业农民教育培训制度作为新型职业农民培育整体工作的前提,处于先行地位。2015年农业部明确提出要开展专项检查和绩效考评,严格过程监管,确保规范培育。因此,在新型职业农民教育培训项目中推行绩效管理,显得尤为重要,目的是为了更加科学、更加规范、更加合理地深入推进
