目的全面探讨骨髓穿刺涂片和骨髓活检切片对诊断儿童血液系统疾病的临床意义。方法以2010年1月—2014年1月开封市儿童医院收治的102例同时进行骨髓涂片和骨髓活检的患儿为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果骨骼活检在诊断骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、骨髓纤维化(MF)、再生障碍性贫血(AA)、急性白血病(AL)等疾病上有着比骨骼涂片更明显的优势,两者对比结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。且骨骼活检增生程度的判断优于骨骼涂片。结论骨髓涂片和骨骼活检联合能客观准确地反映儿童骨骼真实情况,而骨骼涂片在确诊儿童血液系统疾病上有着比骨骼涂片较为明显的优势,两者相互补充,同步观察更有利于对儿童血液疾病的诊断和分型。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow biopsy in the diagnosis of children’s blood diseases. Methods A total of 102 children undergoing simultaneous bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy from January 2010 to January 2014 in Kaifeng Children’s Hospital were enrolled in this study. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Skeletal biopsy had more obvious advantages than skeletal smear in diagnosing diseases such as myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), myelofibrosis (MF), aplastic anemia (AA) and acute leukemia (AL) The results were significant differences (P <0.05). And bone biopsy hyperplasia degree of judgment is better than bone smear. Conclusion The combination of bone marrow smear and bone biopsy can objectively and accurately reflect the actual situation of children’s bone. Skeletal smear has obvious advantages over skeletal smears in the diagnosis of children’s hematological diseases. Both of them are complementary to each other and the simultaneous observation is more conducive to Diagnosis and classification of children’s blood diseases.
