2003年教育部《普通高中课程方案(实验)》(下称《方案》)颁布后,受到很多专家和高中教育工作者的认可。课程方案本身的科学性是大面积推行的前提,而任何一个好的方案能否落到实处,还有赖于广大实验区的创造性实践。2004年秋季,海南省率先成为高中新课程实验的首批国家级实验区,至今已经完成首轮实验,并平稳地实施了新课程后的首次高考。回顾几年来走过的历程,笔者深深感到,实验区每前进一步都离不开对新课程难题的破解,每一个亮点都离不开对原有制度和模式的突破。应《网络科技时代》杂志之约,笔者将结合先行实验区践行高中新课程的情况,分四期以讲座形式简述对高中新课程若干难题破解的看法和体会。不妥之处,敬请读者指正。个人博客:http://blog.cersp.com/6019.aspx;e-mail:yesfy@126.com。第一讲课程设置与管理第二讲选课与走班管理第三讲学生评价与管理第四讲资源建设与管理
In 2003, the Ministry of Education’s “Ordinary High School Curriculum Program (Experiment)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) was approved by many experts and high school educators. The scientific nature of the curriculum program itself is the premise for large-scale implementation, and whether any good program can be implemented, but also depends on the creative practice of the vast experimental area. In the fall of 2004, Hainan Province became the first national experimental area of the new curriculum experiment for high schools. The first round of experiments has been completed so far, and the first college entrance examination after the new curriculum has been implemented smoothly. Looking back on the history of the past few years, the author deeply feels that every step forward in the experimental area is inseparable from the cracking of new curriculum problems. Every bright spot can not be separated from the breakthrough of the original system and mode. In accordance with the “Network Technology Times” magazine, the author will combine the conditions of the Pioneering Experimental Area to practice the new curriculum of the senior high school and divide it into four sessions to briefly describe the views and experiences on the cracking of several problems in the new high school curriculum.
