利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对楔横轧小断面收缩率轴类零件的成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟,通过与常规断面收缩率轧件对比,分析了小断面收缩率轧件的表面和心部质量情况.结果表明:相同工艺参数条件下,小断面收缩率轧件横截面的椭圆度大于常规断面收缩率轧件;由于小断面收缩率轧件中心点处的平均应力和最大主应力均较大,因而更容易发生心部缺陷.提出了改善轧件表面和心部质量的措施.经轧制实验验证,楔横轧成形小断面收缩率轴类零件是可行的.
By using ANSYS / LS-DYNA software, the forming process of small cross-section shrinkage axial part was simulated by finite element method. Compared with conventional section shrinkage, the surface and The results show that under the same process parameters, the ellipticity of cross-section of small section shrinkage is larger than that of conventional section shrinkage. Because of the average stress and the maximum principal stress at the center point of small section shrinkage, Are larger, so that the heart defects are more prone to occur.The measures to improve the quality of the rolling surface and the core are proposed.After rolling experiments, it is feasible to use the cross-rolling cross-rolling to form the shaft with small reduction of area.
