一般的热处理车间通常使用电葫芦提升工件进行淬火,常因下降速度慢而影响质量。我厂工人、技术人员共同设计了液压半自动淬火提升器,不仅保证了质量,也安全,并且减轻了劳动强度。提升器如图1所示。提升器由液压、电器控制(其液压原理图见图2),可完成半自动循环动作。油泵启动后,提升器上升,露出油面,将工件放在托架9上后,按下自动工作按钮,提升器迅速下降,将工件沉到油槽底部,然后在100~150毫米的范围内上下往复运动一段时间,然后沉到槽底静止冷却,待完全冷透后自动升起,
