在氙灯的使用和生产中,对其性能的检测是十分重要的.为精确测量脉冲氙灯辐射能量,提出了一种电流-电压(I/V)转换电路结合高速数据采集卡的测量方案,并分析了该方案系统噪声误差源.实验结果表明,该方案切实可行,且具有测量精度高、可连续工作等优点.
