混凝土结构构件的承载能力、位移和裂缝的验算是建筑可靠性鉴定的重要内容,常用鉴定软件有PKPM系列中的SATWE、JDJG和GJ等。本文对三个软件功能进行了简要介绍,并对其适用性进行了简要评价,指出SATWE软件多用于多、高层混凝土结构的整体安全性鉴定,JDJG软件多用于多、高层混凝土结构的抗震鉴定,GJ软件用来计算梁、柱和楼板等单构件验算,多用于楼板、梁及柱构件存在挠度变形或裂缝时进行原因分析。现有结构计算软件研发主要目的是用于设计工作,目前还缺乏专门用于已有房屋的可靠性鉴定计算软件,建议相关软件研发单位进行专门研究和开发。
Carrying capacity of concrete structural members, displacement and crack checking is an important part of building reliability identification, commonly used identification software PKPM series SATWE, JDJG and GJ. In this paper, we briefly introduce the three software functions and briefly evaluate their applicability. It is pointed out that SATWE software is mostly used for the overall safety identification of multi-storey and high-rise concrete structures. JDJG software is mostly used for seismic identification of multi-storey and tall concrete structures, GJ software is used to calculate the single components such as beams, columns and slabs, and is used to analyze the causes of deflection, cracks or cracks in slabs, beams and columns. The main purpose of existing structural calculation software research and development is for the design work, and there is still a lack of reliability appraisal calculation software specifically for existing houses. It is suggested that relevant software research and development units conduct special research and development.
