建立了高效液相色谱法测定败毒散中的5种有效成分,即蛇床子素、二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯、洋川芎内酯I、洋川芎内酯A和欧当归内酯A。使用C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈∶0.1%冰乙酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为330 nm(0~28 min)和280 nm(28~60 min)。上述5种成分分别在5.0~100.0、2.6~52.0、2.2~44.0、8.5~170.0和2.0~40.0mg/ml范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率分别为98.25%、96.84%、99.06%、99.22%和97.74%,RSD分别为1.27%、0.81%、1.22%、1.05%和1.43%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of five active ingredients in Rundan Powder, namely osthol, dulcisoprost, angelica I, yangchongxiong lactone A and angelica lactone A. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (0.1% glacial acetic acid) and gradient elution at a wavelength of 330 nm (0-28 min) and 280 nm (28-60 min) using a C 18 column. The above five components showed good linearity in the range of 5.0-100.0, 2.6-52.0, 2.2-44.0, 8.5-170.0 and 2.0-40.0 mg / ml, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.25%, 96.84%, 99.06%, 99.22% and 97.74%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.27%, 0.81%, 1.22%, 1.05% and 1.43%, respectively.
