为了加工新4105型柴油机主油道孔(孔径16,孔长1602),我们自行设计了采用差动原理的自驱式机械动力头。用特制的加长钻头,能一次钻削成功,无需中问退屑。74年投产以来,实践证明其操作简便,结构紧凑,制造容易,对于使用、保养、维修的技术水平要求不高。快进、工进和快退,整个过程只需要操纵一个手柄。一般的机械动力头需要一个快进和快退电
In order to process the main oil passage hole (16 holes and 1602 holes) of the new 4105 diesel engine, we designed a self-propelled mechanical power head with differential principle. With a special extension drill, a drilling success, no need to ask back debris. Since it was put into operation in 74 years, it has been proven in practice that it is easy to operate, compact in structure and easy to manufacture, and has low requirements on the technical level of use, maintenance and repair. Fast forward, progressive and rewind, the whole process only need to manipulate a handle. General mechanical power head requires a fast forward and fast reverse power
