茵桅黄注射液是传统中医良方“茵陈蒿汤”基础上研制的中成药制剂，曾有报道该注射液具有显著的退黄作用[1、2]。然而，既往的研究缺乏阳性药物的对照观察，影响对其疗效的进一步评价。为此，我们以鲁米那和尼可刹米治疗为对照，观察了茵桅黄注射液治疗新生儿病理性黄桓的作用
