静坐少动行为是清醒状态下,坐位或卧位时,所有能量消耗不超过1.5 METs的行为。静坐少动的行为方式已成为一种公共健康问题。大量研究显示,静坐少动行为与糖代谢异常、肥胖、慢性炎症状态等心血管危险因素有着密切且独立的关系。静坐少动间断对多个心血管危险因素具有改善作用,这也引起了越来越多的关注。目前,关于静坐少动间断的研究多集中于静坐少动间断的次数和总持续时间,而少有研究深入探讨静坐少动间断的强度和平均持续时间的影响。另外,国外对静坐少动行为的研究已较为细致,而国内的研究尚比较少见,需要进一步研究。
