川贝母是一种常见中药,其清热润肺、化痰止咳的功效在临床应用极其普遍。随着制剂研究的进一步深入,川贝母也越来越多地应用于各种中成药中。《中国药典》一九九○年版川贝母项下有三种药材规格,分别是松贝、青贝、炉贝。而在《药典》中有五种中成药用川贝母,分别是:川贝枇把糖浆、小儿至宝丸、百合固金丸、养阴清肺膏和蛇胆川贝散。这五种规格均未注明使用哪一种规格川贝母。作为一种法定标准似乎不妥,现谈谈笔者的意见。
Fritillaria cirrhosa is a common Chinese medicine, and its efficacy in clearing away heat and lungs, resolving phlegm, and relieving cough is extremely common in clinical practice. With the further development of formulation research, Fritillaria cirrhosa is also increasingly used in various proprietary Chinese medicines. The Chinese version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 1990 edition has three kinds of medicinal materials under the parental design of Chinese citron, namely, pine shell, green shell and hearth shell. In the “Pharmacopoeia”, there are five kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines, Fritillaria cirrhosa, namely, Chuanbei wolfberry syrup, Pediatric Zhibao Pill, Lily Gujin Pill, Yangyin Qingfei Ointment and Shedan Chuanbei Powder. These five specifications do not indicate which type of fritillaria is used. As a statutory standard does not seem appropriate, now talk about the author’s opinion.
