当前,中职学生在各种社会思潮的相互影响下,价值观念呈现多元化,这成为制约中职学校教学的瓶颈。中职生要么认为教师讲的没什么新意,要么认为教师教的对将来就业没什么作用,长期下去,使学生在课堂上感到枯燥乏味,学习兴趣不浓。对中职院校的教师来说,课程教学一直面临着挑战,所以当前要培养中职生爱学习、主动学习的习惯,必须创新教学模式,充分发挥学生在课堂上的主体与主导作用。下面介绍一下“头脑风暴法”在笔者数学教学中的应用。
At present, under the influence of various social trends of thought, secondary vocational students have diversified values, which becomes the bottleneck restricting the teaching of secondary vocational schools. Secondary vocational students either think that teachers say nothing new, or that teachers teach no effect on future employment, the long term, so that students feel boring in the classroom, learning interest is not concentrated. For the teachers of secondary vocational schools, the teaching of the curriculum has always been challenged. Therefore, to cultivate the habit of love learning and active learning for vocational students at present, we must innovate the teaching mode and give full play to students’ main body and leading role in the classroom. Here’s what “brainstorming ” in the author’s mathematical teaching.
